Booking Conditions

Here you’ll find the most important information for your arrival at Pariwana Lima or Pariwana Cusco: schedules, documents, group bookings, payments, security, booking conditions, and contact information.

Important: The policies listed on this page apply only to bookings made directly with Pariwana Hostels, whether through our website, at reception, by phone, by email, or through other direct channels that do not involve an intermediary. If you made your booking through Booking, Hostelworld, or any other external platform, the specific conditions informed by that channel at the time of booking may apply.

Check-in, check-out and arrival

  • Reception is open 24 hours a day.
  • Check-in starts from 3:00 pm.
  • Check-out is until 11:00 am.
  • If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage free of charge and wait in the common areas while your room is being prepared.
  • If you have a major change in your arrival time, we recommend letting us know in advance.

Documents required for check-in

  • You must present your passport or a valid identity document at check-in.
  • If you are traveling with other people, each guest must have their own document.
  • We recommend having your document ready upon arrival to speed up the check-in process.

Shared rooms and group bookings

  • Bed allocation in shared rooms is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
  • If your booking includes more than one person in a shared room, we cannot guarantee that the whole group will stay in the same room.
  • For group bookings, we also cannot guarantee that the room will be exclusive to the group.
  • In any case, our team will do its best to accommodate the group in the best possible way.

Payments, extensions and advance deposits

  • If you would like to extend your stay, you must request it at reception in advance and it will be subject to availability.
  • For some bookings, Pariwana may request an advance deposit to guarantee the reservation.
  • This may apply to long stays, multiple private rooms, groups, or high-demand dates.
  • If advance payment is required, our team will contact you directly through official channels.

Security and official payment channels

Pariwana never requests verification codes, double confirmations, or payments through WhatsApp or other unofficial channels. If you receive a suspicious message, do not reply and contact us directly through our official channels.

Payment, modification and cancellation policies

The following policies apply only to direct bookings made with Pariwana Hostels, whether through our website, at reception, by phone, by email, or through other direct channels without intermediaries.

If you would like to request a modification to your booking, please email the property where you made your reservation: lima@pariwanahostel.com for Lima or cusco@pariwanahostel.com for Cusco.

1. Standard Rate

Payment:
Payment is made at check-in.

Modifications:
You may request changes to your booking up to 72 hours before the arrival date, subject to availability.

Cancellations:
If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, no charge will apply. If you cancel after that deadline, 100% of the first night will be charged, including applicable local taxes.

No Show:
If you do not show up on the day of check-in, 100% of the first night will be charged, including applicable local taxes.

2. Smart-Flex, Smart-Flex with Breakfast, Early Booking Offer and Promotional Code Rates

Payment:
Payment is made at check-in.

Modifications:
You may request changes to your booking up to 72 hours before the arrival date, subject to availability.

Cancellations:
If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, no charge will apply. If you cancel after that deadline, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged, including applicable local taxes.

No Show:
If you do not show up on the day of check-in, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged, including applicable local taxes.
