Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early arrivals can relax in the common areas, and luggage storage is available free of charge.

3. What is your cancellation and modification policy?

If you booked on our website, check the rate conditions in your booking confirmation. Within the allowed timeframe, contact the reception team to modify or cancel.
If you booked via an external platform, manage changes directly with them.

4. Does Pariwana Hostels offer private rooms?

Yes. We offer both shared dorms and private rooms, all with hot showers, daily cleaning, and personal lockers.

5. Are children allowed?

No. Pariwana Hostels are designed for adult travelers (18+) seeking a social, fun, and safe environment.

6. What do I need to be exempt from VAT (IGV) in Peru?

Show your passport and the entry stamp proving a stay under 60 days in Peru. Present both at check-in to apply the exemption.

7. When is the payment for my stay made?

Payment is made at check-in at reception. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Some rates allow pre-charges or penalties for late cancellations or no-shows.

8. What’s included in my stay at Pariwana Hostels?

Your stay includes Wi-Fi, lockers, access to patios, terraces, coworking areas, and daily social activities to meet other travelers.

9. Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included in some rates. If not, you can order one at our restaurant for an extra charge. It’s served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (hours may vary).

10. Is Pariwana Hostels safe?

Yes, absolutely. We have 24/7 staff, security cameras in common areas, and restricted access for guests’ safety and peace of mind.

11. Do you have coworking spaces or quiet areas for digital nomads?

Yes. Both Lima and Cusco hostels have dedicated coworking areas with high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable setups for remote work.

12. What food options are available at Pariwana?

We serve Peruvian and international cuisine, with vegetarian and vegan options. You can also join cooking classes to explore local flavors.

13. Does Pariwana Hostels organize tours?

Yes! We offer free walking tours in Lima and Cusco and partner with Tourpit, a certified agency for local experiences at the best price and safety standards.

15. Is laundry service available?

Yes, both hostels offer laundry service. Ask at reception for the current price list.

16. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
