• Reception is open 24 hours a day.
• Check-in starts at 3:00 pm.
• Check-out is until 11:00 am.
• If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage free of charge and wait in the common areas while your room is being prepared.
• If your arrival time changes significantly, we recommend letting us know in advance.

• You must present a valid passport or identity document at check-in.
• If you are traveling with other people, each guest must have their own document.
• We recommend having your document ready upon arrival to speed up the check-in process.

• Bed assignment in shared rooms is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
• If your booking includes more than one person in a shared room, we cannot guarantee that the whole group will stay in the same room.
• For group bookings, we also cannot guarantee that the room will be exclusive to the group.
• Even so, our team will do its best to accommodate the group in the best possible way.

• If you would like to extend your stay, you must request it at reception in advance and it will be subject to availability.
• For some bookings, Pariwana may request an advance deposit to guarantee the reservation.
• This may apply to long stays, multiple private rooms, groups, or high-demand dates.
• If an advance payment is required, our team will contact you directly through official channels.

Pariwana will never ask for verification codes, double confirmations, or payments through WhatsApp or other unofficial channels. If you receive a suspicious message, do not reply and contact us directly through our official channels.
