PARIWANA AI TERMS OF SERVICE

Pariwana AI is an internal service provided by Pariwana Hostels for authorized staff members.

Authorized use

Access to Pariwana AI is limited to users specifically authorized by Pariwana Hostels.

Users must access the service using their own authorized account and must not share access credentials, authentication sessions, or accounts with other people.

Purpose

Pariwana AI assists authorized staff with preparing and managing responses to guest reviews and related internal workflows.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and using the information produced by the service in accordance with Pariwana Hostels policies.

Access and security

Pariwana Hostels may grant, restrict, suspend, or remove access to Pariwana AI at any time.

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another user, interfere with the operation of the service, or use Pariwana AI for unauthorized purposes.

Google authentication

Google Sign-In is used to authenticate authorized users. Use of Google authentication is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Availability

Pariwana AI is provided as an internal operational tool. Pariwana Hostels may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for operational, security, or technical reasons.
