PARIWANA AI PRIVACY POLICY

Pariwana AI is an internal tool operated by Pariwana Hostels for authorized staff members.

Information used

When an authorized user signs in with Google, Pariwana AI uses the minimum account information necessary to authenticate the user and control access to the tool.

This information may include:

- Google account email address
- Google account stable identifier
- User authorization status and role within Pariwana AI

How the information is used

This information is used only to:

- verify the identity of the user;
- determine whether the user is authorized to access Pariwana AI;
- apply the appropriate user permissions;
- protect the tool against unauthorized access.

Pariwana AI does not use Google Sign-In to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, files, messages, or other Google account content.

Google OAuth tokens are not used to access other Google services on behalf of the user.

Data storage

Information required for user authorization, including the authorized email address and Google account identifier, may be stored by Pariwana AI while the user remains authorized to use the service.

Access to this information is restricted to the systems and personnel required to operate and administer Pariwana AI.

Third parties

Pariwana AI does not sell Google account information or use it for advertising.

Google account information obtained through authentication is used only for the authentication, security, and access-control purposes described in this policy.

Access and removal

Pariwana AI is intended only for authorized Pariwana Hostels staff. Users who need their access changed or removed may contact Pariwana Hostels.
